概要

TheSL401 Circulating Water Refrigeration Unit is mostly used as a supporting

generator, MOCVD, etc.

蓄冷動的平衡連続動作方式を採用したため、室内ユニットの貯水タンクの体積を大幅に減少させ、

水を上げることで仕事の要求を満たすことができ、しかも温度制御が正確で、安定している、

操作は非常に簡便で、起動スイッチを押すだけで、機械はすぐに作動状態に入る、

温度制御ノードを用いて自動加熱システムを制御し、北方地区の冬季の正常な使用を保証する、
